Laurie at Sailor's Delight Travel in Gloucester was fabulous to work with!
My 23 year old son traveled to Spain from Boston. Laurie did an excellent job of planning and booking all his international travel. She coordinated all the arrangements including numerous rail tickets, flights into one city and return from another city, comprehensive travel insurance and safe and comfortable lodging in Palencia, Segovia and Barcelona, Spain. In addition she provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and museums throughout his visit to Spain.
Most importantly, she ensured I was given an exact copy of his Itinerary and how to contact him in case of emergency. I will not hesitate to use Sailor's Delight Travel in the future!

Ms. Horne has coordinated my last few vacation trips! My fabulous trip to Costa Rica went so smoothly! While looking into my trip, she answered all my questions (before I booked it) quickly and with details. My flights were great and the Dreams Resort was fabulous! She had recommended some excursions which were fun and informative! I especially loved the local tour to the long bridge,waterfalls and volcano that she recommended! Later, she booked my New Orleans long weekend. What a blast! She sent me to Antoine's for a fab dinner and told me about local hot spots. The Drury Hotel was a great location near the French Quarter but, just far enough away for a restful quiet stay. I have purchased the travel insurance from Sailor's Delight which was more comprehensive and less expensive than other companies! Her attentiveness to my travel concerns and her attention to details, make her a trusting fantastic travel agent! I will call her again for my next travels!!

What an amazing experience! I had never used a travel agency before, but I suddenly was really overwhelmed and was nervous I wouldn't get the best deals or the right place.
I wanted to surprise my significant other with a trip to the Redwood National Park. It is on his bucket list and I wanted to make that happen.
I spoke with other agencies saying that they didn't do this kind of this because of commission. They didn't do state parks only the mainstream travels, like cruises and Europe but I knew I needed help.
I came across Sailors delight on a website called thumbtack ( I believe) and WOW, she communicated with me everyday, multiple times a day, and made the trip come together perfectly. She found the perfect cottage for us and not once did she say she couldn't fulfill this trip for me. I will definitely being using Sailors Delight and Travel again.

Travel to National Parks
Laurie planned us an AMAZING trip to Jackson Hole Wyoming Including air, lodging, rental car, snowboarding, and snow mobiling through Yellowstone National Park! It was an unforgettable trip and everything was so easy all we had to do was show up and show tickets/vouchers with little extra cost with normal fees (resort and entrance to Yellowstone) which Laurie had already told us about so we were prepared. She had great communication throughout planning our trip. Would definitely use her again! Already talking about where our next vacation should be! Thanks Laurie!!
